Gorgeousness
I bought this on another site but was so delighted with it I came here to give the brand direct love. I wanted it the moment I saw the shape with the raised front and the fullness of the skirt and the subtle broderie panel. After I placed the order, I came here and realised I might have selected entirely the wrong size according to the size guide and it was too late to cancel the order. But it arrived and, as other people have said, the fully elasticated waist constricted exactly to my size. Witchcraft! What amazed me and what I absolutely adore about this skirt is the weight of it. I just adore the heaviness of all the masses of material even though they still keep me cool (with the fan on) and not sweaty in the least. And I love how the broderie panel breaks up all the black without showing any skin at all. I'm a shortarse (157 cms) but still love the way it looks on me teamed with a sleeveless top tucked in. An utter delight, I wore it all yesterday after it arrived and all day today, and I can't wait to wear it out. But I will be paying attention to the size guide on future Poetic Gypsy purchases, haha.
