If you don’t qualify for the FREE SHIPPING threshold of spends over $150 then you will be charged for the shipping. So double check your order as you might want something else before you finalise the transaction, there’s always going to be something else you want.

We aim to ship all orders within 1 business day of receiving the order.

During national public holidays and sale events this might take a little longer as all our team will be busy trying to process orders as quickly as possible to catch up.

Once you make your purchase you will be notified when:

  • Your parcel is ready to dispatch from our fulfilment centre in Sydney
  • Your parcel is in transit with the nominated courier.
  • Your parcel has been delivered to your nominated address.

Delivery times frames range from 1-10 days depending on your location.

Australian orders will be shipped by a variety of local couriers. Orders will be shipped via standard service. For deliveries to Western Australia, Northern Territory, South Australia and remote/regional areas please expect a longer time frame for delivery.

Australian Shipping Policy

It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. Should you enter the wrong address, please contact customer care immediately; however, we are not obligated to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense. Once we learn an order has not arrived by the due date, we will lodge an enquiry with the courier to ensure delivery occurs as soon as possible. We will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery. You have the option to have your item delivered with or without a signature of receipt. If you choose to have the item delivered without a signature of receipt you are liable for actions thereafter the couriers said delivery. If you choose to sign for your item, you will generally need to be available between 8.30am and 5pm to receipt the delivery. You have the option to choose a different delivery address than your billing address. For example, you may want to use your work address for delivery. As soon as your order is dispatched, we will send you an email shipping confirmation with a tracking number and a link to the carrier's site. 


International Shipping Policy

Orders shipped to New Zealand will be received within 10 business days. On rare occasions the customs agency may choose to delay individual shipments as a random security measure.
