Returns

For whatever reason you may need to return an item, we offer refunds, exchanges & store credits within 21 days of receiving your item/s.

Please act within 21 days to avoid disappointment.

EXCHANGE - To exchange your item/s, please fill out the returns form below and indicate which style and size you would like to exchange your item/s for. Please include this slip in your returns parcel to ensure your exchange is processed correctly. 

REFUNDS - To return your item/s, please fill out the returns form below. Please include this slip in your returns parcel to ensure your return is processed correctly. 

STORE CREDIT- To request a store credit, please fill out the returns form below and indicate you would like to receive a credit note. Please include this slip in your returns parcel to ensure your store credit is issued.

The returns form must be included in the return parcel.

POLICY -All parcels sent via Australia Post are the responsibility of the customer. If your parcel is returned without the returns form it is possible we will not be able to identify your order, and therefore, unable to process a refund or exchange.

We allow 21 days from the time that you receive your order to return it.
After 21 days your return will be automatically rejected unless you have a Return Authorisation Number #RAN provided by customer care.


Please act within 21 days to avoid disappointment.

If you return items in an unsatisfactory condition they will be rejected. This includes make up stains, pet hair and perfume smells, please respect the item and the condition you send a return please.

REFUNDS

We are happy to process a refund for your order, providing that your item/s meet the conditions of our Refunds & Exchanges Policy:

  1. The product is in its original condition, it is not worn, and the tags are still attached. 

  2. The product is returned within 21 days of receiving the order. 

  3. The product is in a resalable condition. 

  4. The item is a not a "FINAL SALE" promotional item

Returns will be processed within 3- 5 business days of receiving your parcel. 

All refunds will be processed through the original payment method.  

EXCHANGES

We are happy to exchange your item/s, providing that your return meets the conditions of our Refunds & Exchanges Policy: 

  1. The product is in its original condition, it is not worn, and the tags are still attached. 

  2. The product is returned within 21 days of receiving the order. 

  3. The product is in a resalable condition. 

  4. The item is not a "FINAL SALE" promotional item

Exchanges will be processed within 3-5 business days of receiving your parcel. 

Please note: if you need your item/s quickly, it is better to purchase the new item/s and request a refund for your initial order.

FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If for whatever reason you have received an item that is faulty, we would be happy to exchange the item/s for a product that is not faulty, or offer a refund or store credit. If you do not identify the item/s as being faulty within 21 days, our team will not be able to exchange or refund your order as this falls outside of our returns policy. 

If your item/s is faulty, please contact our Customer Care team immediately.

FINAL SALE PROMOTIONAL EVENTS

If you purchase a Sale item during a "FINAL SALE" promotional event. The sale is final and we accept no returns or exchanges on these items.

PROMOTIONAL ADJUSTMENTS

From time to time we reserve the right to alter, update or change our returns policy in line with certain promotional activities, such offers will include Free item promotional offers, BOGO promotional offers, Gift with Purchase promotional offers and Final Sale events. These changes that are specific to that promotional offer and will be noted in our Terms and Conditions during that promotional event.
