Please Note: Parcels received after 21-day deadline will not be refunded or exchanged.

REFUNDS

We are happy to offer a refund 21 days of receiving your item/s in accordance with our Returns & Exchange Policy:

  1. The product is unworn, unused and in its original condition. 

  2. The product still has its original tickets securely attached and those tickets are untampered.

  3. The product is returned to our fulfilment centre no later than 21 days after receiving your returns slip from customer care/orders.

  1. The product is in a resalable condition.

If you meet all requirements and our team is satisfied upon checking the item/s then we will happily refund your money or provide you with a Curve Project Gift Card.

Returns will be processed within 3 business days of receiving your parcel into our fulfilment centre.

Depending on how you originally paid for your item we will refund your money in the exact same way.

Example:

  1. Refund to the same credit card it was purchased with.

  2. A new Gift Card will be issued if that's what you paid with. 

  3. Afterpay Refunds will be processed and communicated to the customer via Afterpay shortly after Curve Project process your returned item/s. The returned item/s will create an adjusted Afterpay payment schedule or a complete refund of payments to date. 


EXCHANGES

We are happy to offer an exchange 21 days of receiving your item/s in accordance with our Returns & Exchange Policy:

  1. The product is unworn, unused and in its original condition. 

  2. The product still has its original tickets securely attached and those tickets are untampered. 

  3. The product is returned to our fulfilment centre 21 days of receiving your parcel.

  4. The product is in a resalable condition.

If you meet all the requirements and our team are satisfied upon checking the item/s we will happily exchange your item/s. 

Remember you can always return your item/s for a refund and repurchase the other item that you want straight away, sometimes this can be a little quicker for you.

Exchanges will be processed within 3 business days days of receiving your parcel into our fulfilment centre.


AFTERPAY

EXCHANGES - processed 21 days of purchase. Afterpay payment schedule will be adjusted if there’s a variance.

REFUNDS - processed 21 days of purchase. Afterpay will complete a full refund of payments once Head Office has received the garment(s).


FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS

We would hate for you to be unsatisfied with the quality of our products if you have received a faulty item or an item you purchased is not to the standard that you or we would expect then we will happily exchange, refund your money or provide you with a Curve Project gift card.

We do have strict quality control measures in place to ensure our garments are of the best quality so you will be happy with our product, we are shoppers too, we also want good quality product. We stand by our products and we are proud of our affordably priced good quality products.

  • If the product is faulty within 21 days of purchase, please contact Customer Care for a Return Slip. The faulty garment should be returned to Curve Project with proof purchase.

  • If the product is faulty after 21 days of purchase, please return the faulty garment back to Curve Project with proof of purchase.
