What is your returns policy if my dress is not the perfect fit?

We want you to shop our dress ranges with complete peace of mind. You can return any dress for a refund, exchange, or store credit within 21 days of receiving your order. To qualify, the garment must be in its original, unworn condition with all tags securely attached and completely free of perfume, deodorant, or makeup stains.

Please note that items explicitly marked as"FINAL SALE" cannot be returned for a change of mind. Return labels are available via Australia Post for a flat rate of $12.95 and refunds are processed within 3 to 5 business days of reaching our warehouse.
